I can take credit for David's hair loss. I started working with Dave August of 2003 when I was still living in DC and did not know much about the Phoenix metro area. I would fly in for a wekend and ask him to show me about 20 houses a day. They were all over the valley from Gold Canyon to Glendale.  I kept changing my mind, made three offers, backed out of one. This was my first time buying a house and really needed help. David was so patient, helpful and informative. He was so fun to work with, easy going and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with David Simkins. Originally, we were selling our house with a different REALTOR® who was a friend. What a terrible experience. She wouldn´t do anything for us. She wouldn´t even show the house to people requesting to see it. Our house sat on the market for 90 days in a supposedly hot real estate market. In our desperate search for a new REALTOR®,  we came across David Simkins through the Home Gain website. We relisted the house with him, and we immediately started getting offers. All we have to say is "Trust Dave, he knows, he cares and he is the best advocate any buyer could have". He is " Your best friend in the real estate market".

I want to begin by saying I rarely recommend anyone for anything ...... this exception is for Dave Simkins.  Since his release from the mental ward he has been doing an exceptional job as the gardener at the state hospital.  But on occassion he steals a car and will take anyone around to check out homes or property for sale.  He is kind and actually very knowledgable and will strive to find you a doll house or castle.  He admits that the majority of his clients are from referrals......well that must say something about the guy.  I myself contacted Dave from a referral and I am pleased to say the referral was valid and I recommend Dave to everyone ...... Dave guided me, provided necessary information that I had no idea existed, took hours and introduced me to numerous homes and finally we found the house of my dreams.

I would like to thank you once again, Dave, for guiding us through the process of selling Dad’s property.  We all anticipated having to  make a trip to Arizona, but with  your much appreciated assistance, that wasn’t necessary.  Although we don’t know anyone that is planning to buy/sell property in the Phoenix area, we would certainly refer them to you if we had an opportunity to do so.  I did make sure Brian Starr knew how pleased we were with the way you handled the sale for us.  I have thanked you before for taking care of shipping the personal items that we didn’t want to leave behind, but I have to do so once again to let you know how much we appreciated you going “above and beyond the call”.
